David Radney is a man who has worn many hats over the last 15-years as a real estate professional. 

When David and his family first moved to New Jersey in 2012 from Dallas he knew he had to hit the ground running with prospecting for expired listings and for sale by owners. His discipline and use of scripts allowed him to become very successful in an area where he didn’t have any family or friends to lean on for referrals. As he sharpened his skills and practiced scripts he began sharing his knowledge with agents around him. Thus began David’s transition into becoming a full-time coach and mentor. 

David’s dedication to helping others is what caused him to create PUSH in 2020, a very successful training program aimed towards helping agents get into production and create stability in an otherwise unstable industry. Now David has a tribe of people who support, encourage, and PUSH each other to their full potential through his many training programs and mindset calls. He is a dedicated father and husband who truly values and enforces a healthy work-life balance and coaches agents to do the same.
